GIVEAWAY PAGE (For September 2026) This Month's Free Song: 1794 - Josephine and Robespierre (Copyright June 2026 by Charles Adrian Trevino) This webpage was posted on September 4, 2026 Oh well, hello again! Just thought I'd put up a free song giveaway page for this month of August 2026, which, yes, I must admit, is almost completely over. However, since I'd not put anything up in many months (having been cruelly diverted from my usual, somewhat insane custom of dispensing judicially wise advice, along with an occasional free song or music video to help the medicine go down), I really was beginning to feel a bit guilty. In fact, I don't think I've put up anything at all since April or May! It's hard to remember things now... the diabolical forces of organized evil are gathering all around me, jeering, snarling, sniggering, harrassing... they impair my thinking! I am feeling utterly harassed, confused, frustrated, and also a bit insecure about my future prospects... if I even have any. To put it in no uncertain terms: my body is spent, fatigued, and used up... and my mind? Ha! Don't even ask... but since you did, here's the godforsaken truth... my mind is shot. In fact, I can't really remember what I was going to write about this time around; but don't worry, I'll just think up some verbose nonsense and bang it out on my computer real quick. In fact, I don't really have to think much at all, since I can type faster than most people can talk or think! I just relax and start typing some words, after downing four or five beers to "summon my muse" of course; and it's as if I were flying an airplane on automatic pilot, you see? I can just lean back in my chair smiling, with my eyes closed, and do it! Then when I'm all done typing, I just click the little "Upload" button, and viola! There it is... another helpful webpage for the long-suffering masses! A marvelously beneficient webpage overflowing with wisdom, virtue, and free advice, like a cup from heaven runnething over with divine, unconditional love for all mankind! A selflessly benevolent, sagaciously imperious, world-altering webpage that everybody will read, hate, curse, and dispute, before grudgingly admitting the truth to themselves: "damn it all, the little creep is right... again!" Uh oh... if I keep on verbosing like this (while saying nothing!), this may end up being the October 2026 Free Song Page. Oh, when will I ever learn to stop this incessant, "much yap about nothing" self-indulgence? It is just such a base, common, self-pitying, immature thing to do; why can't I just shut my stinking hole and get on with the mundanities of my life, instead of constantly venting about my insignificant little problems on my conveniently handy website? I'll tell you why I can't... it's because now I have three websites to vent with, not just one; and if it pleases me to use all three of 'em (and maybe I'll get even more!) to vent my extremely righteous indignation concerning my never-ending trials and tribulations, you really should not sit around waiting for me to not do so. You'll be sitting there forever, I swear it. That's right! Now I got three weapons of mass illumination (bet you thought I was going to say mass destruction, in my harmless little folie de grandeur). Well, I suppose I ought to introduce them properly; the first you already know about of course, since you are here reading it now: good old chucktrevino.com. My second active website is called charlesadriantrevino.shop. This is my "storefront", where you can sample some of my songs, music videos, and maybe other fun items, and develop an insatiable desire to buy more great Charles stuff. This site also features a brief "bio" type sketch about me; since it's all about me, and it's all written by me, you can bet that it won't contain any lies, misrepresentations, or folies de grandeur. As Jimi Hendrix once famously put it: "Got to keep people honest." My third website is not actually a website; it's just a domain named charlesadriantrevino.com. I actually bought this domain name just to keep some of my rich enemies from buying it and, well... doing what they love to do! Which is to impersonate some poor victim of theirs, in order to ruin his good name (and probably his entire life, if they really get to enjoying themselves). I myself have never worried much about things like that, since I've never actually possessed a real "good" name (I've said this before: I ain't no schoolboy, I do what I like!) But good name or bad, when I hear that some raging punk-rock mentality "creative" is using my good bad name to sell some creepy, wimpy, punky-runt craphound drivel (and they're all doing way better business than me!), I may appear to become a bit righteously indignant at times. "Damn it, where's my chain saw!" Come to think of it, I don't want anybody at all using my bad name! Even if it's their name too! Why? Because we're now all living in a woeful period of warped, twisted, "Generated by AI which can make mistakes, but probably will" disinformation, which does include character impersonation (I hear that celebrities are now actually selling the AI guys the right to manufacture any speech they want, using their famous celebrity voices! They're too lazy to go down and record the commercial themselves, can you believe some of those guys?). And of course, as always, the satanists are exploiting this confusion to the ultimate maximum extent. In fact, I just now saw some AI description of my own highly questionable self on some browser, and of course there it was: "He also sells his own drum loops and sampled synthesizer farts on Youtube!" Or some such bullpoop. What artificially inseminated liars! I never post anything on Youtube, or any other site other than the two that I just mentioned above; I never have! I would like to add, "and I never will", just to be really bitchin; but in truth I'm not certain of anything anymore. Even if I myself don't do it, how am I supposed to stop some filthy-rich insane worm, who lives only to manipulate wretched goons to do the most repugnant, vile, asinine things that he can conjure up in his disgustingly warped and twisted geffchild mind? Things like driving his enemies crazy with disgust, to the point where they start contemplating suicide just to escape the nauseating persecution of this mad, monied ape that will NEVER just go away and leave humanity alone? (I bet that only happens in heaven.) Also, while we're on the subject of mental putridity... just how am I supposed to not despise some giggling simian lunatic who has more than enough money to find enlightenment, or at least pursue other forms of entertainment that aren't so fecal, but instead chooses to incessantly spy on people, searching for some poor hapless sap, the kind of person that he really doesn't like... so that he can once again feed his heroin-intensity addiction to screwing up people's lives, from the safety of his luxurious gilded monkey cage? As if he were playing some real-life video game? I know that learning to forgive is one of life's most important lessons... but my God, some people just take their self-indulgent lunacy too far. Yes, there are just too many uncertainties and unpleasantries lurking out there now, and to have to deal with them in my present sickly condition (body ailing, mind shot, righteously indignant) is just getting to be too much for old Charles - especially since he knows all too well that this Orwellian, "two plus two equals five" confusion was deliberately brought upon us by visionless nihilists who seem to think that they should be in charge of running the entire planet, and maybe other planets as well! Nonetheless, I repeat: Until such time as this website announces, I will only be using charlesadriantrevino.shop to peddle my digital wares, and chucktrevino.com to voice my profound messages of hope and disgust on the internet. As for charlesadriantrevino.com, that domain is just going to sit there blank until further notice. Now we all know that a poor little person can't afford to buy up every domain with his name and whatever dot extension they decide to come up with next... but I can see that, because of my particular circumstances (many unscrupulous enemies), if I were richer, I might start getting sucked into this never-ending, "protect your identity!" black hole. The problem of mistaken or stolen identity has always plagued society, but I don't think that highway robbery has ever been any easier for the bad guys than it is now. And I must say, I find myself getting frighteningly indignant when I see that this AI character impersonation crap is being touted by the bad guys as just another helpful, "normal" gift, to be welcomed by society with open arms! As if those angelic, thought-reading killer/delivery drones weren't helpful enough! And now these pushy red-horned bigwigs are agitating hard for a complete, sudden and immediate global switch away from industry and commerce as we once knew it, to a more robotic future. As usual, these filty-rich sociopaths are just impatiently shoveling any unwanted person or thing out of their way, with no concern at all for any social or economic damage they might be inflicting on society. However, stealing jobs from human beings and assigning them to AI robots, as obnoxious as that sounds, is not the biggest menace posed by this new industry. The biggest danger in AI seems to lie in its complete lack of accountability (since AI itself admits that it can, uh... make mistakes). And since it seems that paid for AI programs are usurping paid human beings in practically every task one can think of, it only stands to reason that this will eventually lead to siutations where a person who's been falsely targeted, accused, fined, perhaps even arrested and jailed, due to an AI program's devoid of conscience mistake, will find it next to impossible to exonerate himself, due to the impersonal nature and convoluted complexity of the entire automated process. If he does manage to clear himself, he'd better be doing well enough to absorb some heavy financial costs for professional assistance. Actually, I started seeing news articles many years ago about innocent people getting totally screwed by erring AI programs used by the Internal Revenue Service, and these people appeared to be having one helluva' hard time extricating themselves from the huge, costly mess... so I'm assuming that the same (perhaps even better?) AI program is currently in full swing today, since it works so good! Why would the global satanists not do it? They wouldn't even have to bribe or coerce an IRS employee anymore! They can just get some tech-lackey to remotely over-ride the computer program, insert their "mistakes," and then blame it on The System! And does that bumbling AI program get punished itself, for all of the damage it caused its falsely charged victims? Nah. I mean what are you going to do, take the computer over your knee and spank the dumb thing? You'd probably just hurt your knee and break your hand, which is exactly what these satanic nihilists like... a good giggle while they're spying on you from the bottom of the slimy pit they've allowed themselves to sink into. It doesn't take a genius to figure out that once a certain type of rich, satanically-inclined type of lowlife gets his hands on a weapon as powerful as AI, he can destroy his victims with complete impunity. He can quite easily get some geek AI concoction to vanquish anyone who opposes his will or otherwise vexes him, and it probably would never be traced back to him... he will have become like his bigger-wigged role models, who can destroy anyone from their secret hiding places; no one will ever know who really made the "mistake." If one begins to understand the prospective dangers lurking just below the surface of ultra-high technology, and also comes to realize that the entire world is coming under the control of greedy, self-serving, rank, common, incredibly irresponsible gangsters posing as world-savers, gangsters that employ and shamelessly manipulate their high-tech experts, who may themselves be too absorbed in their work to recognize the dangerous consequences of their endeavors... well, one might start to become as worried as poor old Charles, that wizened journeyman sage-poet-prophet. The funny thing is, in my frantically inept attempts to launch my online business (without getting myself in big trouble), I have been using AI chat tech support quite a bit myself lately, with mixed results; and I do see that, if there were no criminality or ruthless opportunism in mankind, all of these ultra-high-tech novelties might be kind of neato to have around, if you had a need for them... because there would be no bad guys to use them against us! Think about it for a minute... What if the good guys, you know, guys that think like Charles, could use all of the crazy high-tech stuff to control the evildoers, instead of the other way around like it is now? Then maybe it would be safer to indulge in all of these fancy tech-toys. However, under humanity's present condition (lack of harmonious global cooperation combined with blatantly mismanaged ultra-high technology), it is pretty obvious that we are walking (running?) blindly down an extremely dangerous path. In my last free song giveaway webpage, I remarked on a highly-vaunted scientist who had mathematically calculated that if events continued at the pace they are now going, mankind's total destruction was only a few decades away. Not millennia or centuries, but a few decades. Is this nightmarish, "high technology destroys all of mankind" fate truly a naturally-occuring, unavoidable pattern that is doomed to repeat itself over and over again? Or is it simply a consequence of mankind's own inability to control its despicable, self-loathing, overly-vindictive, nihilistic, and unfortunately for mankind, highly organized criminal element... The Beast that never sleeps? Clearly, that Beast has now grown to immense proportions, like an out of control terminal cancer; if this is due to mankind's own ignorance, confusion, apathy, fear, cowardice, corruptibility or whatever, then it would seem that mankind might have a chance of escaping it's onrushing date with annihilation... if it could ever manage to neutralize that proud, arrogant, stupid Beast within itself. But it may be that this well-meaning, "kill ourselves with progress" propensity of mankind's is the problem all in itself! And if so, how would mankind know when it was going too far with its new inventions, whether they be helpful or not? Humanity would have to invent a new cognizant science, devoted solely to the subject of surviving our own cleverness! This endeavor would obviously embrace and require the assistance of all the other branches of science, including Artificial Intelligence; it would also require global cooperation, since science itself plays such a huge role in determining a nation's social and economic status. In other words, it would seem that surviving our own "progress" would be just as daunting a task as elimimating wars, pollution, etc.; it would require every country to have leaders as incorruptible as Napoleon Bonaparte himself! Such selfless leaders always seem to be in short supply, it seems to me. Speaking of Napoleon, that reminds me: I'd better stop this bellyaching about all my problems, and explain something about this month's free song. It is yet another "movement" of my newest project, a "rock symphony" devoted to the honorable character of Napoleon Bonaparte. The title, "1794 - Josephine and Robespierre" is taken from a hellish chapter of the French Revolution, in which a person could be sent to the guillotine just for not being poor enough. Murderous paranoia was the order of the day; in fact, early in his career Napoleon himself was nearly strung up by a bunch of mutinous soldiers under his command, for the crime of possessing a dressing case with silver fittings ("L'aristocrat!"). While Napoleon identified wholeheartedly with the nobler ideals of the revolutionaries, and had much sympathy for the hungry masses, the nobleman in him was disgusted by the cruel, stupid savagery displayed by some of the rabble, and from the very beginning he did everything he could to suppress such mayhem. For one example, after the 1793 battle for the British occupied city of Toulon that launched his rise, the wounded, hobbling Major Bonaparte risked everything by smuggling an aristocratic french family named de Chabrillan to safety in empty ammunition boxes - they had been imprisoned for no other reason than being aristocrats. I myself believe that Napoleon would also have saved Louis XVI and Marie Antionette from the blood lust of the lawless mob, if he had come to power sooner; and since the inhuman treatment meted out to the Bourbons was a galvanizing factor in the subsequent wars against France, it is not foolish to speculate that he could have single-handedly appeased the retaliatory aggression against France, and prevented the millions of deaths that have been attributed to his personal ambition. It seems to me that everything he did to prevent wars backs up this notion; his career is full of such noble acts of mercy and decency. In fact, since Bonaparte himself never actually declared war on a country, the term "Napoleonic Wars" that was bestowed upon the seven coalitions that rose against France is actually a propagandistic misnomer. Napoleon's first wife, "Josephine," was born Marie Josčphe Rose Tascher de La Pagerie, but went by the name of Rose Tascher until she married Vicomte Alexandre de Beauharnais, and became Vicomtesse de Beauharnais. After she had borne him two children, her aristocratic husband distanced himself from her because of unproven, gossipy tales of wild youthful excesses, but she bore no lasting grudges after obtaining a separation from him. When he was imprisoned during the Terror of Maximilien Robespierre, Josephine refused to heed her friends' warnings to emigrate to safety herself, fearing that would compromise him. Shortly afterward she too was arrested, and spent about four months in a prison with other aristocratic "criminals," waiting to see if she was to be beheaded, as her first husband eventually was. She was freed after the timely overthrow of Robespierre, who came to a gruesome end. Napoleon was placed under house arrest himself for two weeks, most likely for having been highly recommended by Maximilien's brother Augustine; but he managed to beat the rap. It was a very paranoid time. Napoleon proposed to Josephine in January 1796, and they were married on March 9th. However, as a result of Josephine's inability to bear him an heir, and in the interests of maintaining peace, Napoleon was compelled to request a separation from her so that he could marry Marie Louise, the daughter of Austrian Emperor Francis II. The Diocesan Ecclesiasticle Court of Paris granted him an annulment in January 1810, because there had been no parish priest or witnesses at the marriage ceremony, saving him the pain of an actual divorce proceeding. Napoleon spoke so well of Josephine during the court hearing that she broke down in tears, and had to be carried back to her apartments. Here is a quotation from his speech: "Far from ever finding cause for complaint, I can to the contrary only congratulate myself on the devotion and tenderness of my beloved wife. She has adorned thirteen years of my life; the memory will always remain engraved on my heart." Josephine returned to Malmaison in April 1814, after Napoleon's abdication. She kept on good terms with Louis XVIII, the new King of France, as well as the Russian Tsar Alexander I, who like his assassinated father Paul I greatly admired Napoleon. Neverthelss, Josephine died under suspicious circumstances; some believe that she was poisoned, the same fate Napoleon was later found to have met. She was buried in the nearby church of Saint Pierre-Saint Paul in Rueil. Sadly, Josephine has been victimized by the same vicious invective that is still being directed at Napoleon, and as in the case of her revered husband, it appears to be coming from the same source. A typically revealing example can be found in her Wikipedia "bio", which appears to practically gloat about how her statue in the La Savane park in downtown Fort-de-France was continually vandalized since 1991, how it was never repaired by the city, and how every year more red paint was added to it, until it was finally destroyed following the July 2020 "George Floyd riots" in the United States. Josephine stood accused of manipulating Napoleon into resinstating slavery on the island of St. Martinique (actually Napoleon did this very unwillingly, in order to appease his constituents and prevent huge problems resulting from a labor imbalance, since the surrounding islands had not benefitted from abolitionism because they were still under English control). I myself have little doubt that the barbs directed at both Napoleon and Josephine were planted by the same heartless "businessmen" that underwrote the horrific American slave trade from England. The turbulent relationship of Napoleon and Josephine, particularly their infidelities, provided much fodder for propaganda, among other things. Personally, I believe that it was Josephine's couragous decision to stay in France with her imprisoned first husband, Vicomte Alexandre de Beauharnais, that inspired Napoleon's fascination with her; he obviously valued such virtues very highly. I must admit, I became so enamored of Napoleon's virtues myself that I started to develop a low opinion of Josephine, after reading about her affair with a Hussar officer named Hippolyte Charles. This intrigue proved especially humiliating as well as hurtful to Napoleon, after some of his and his brothers' letters concerning the matter were intercepted at sea by the English, and published there in tabloid fashion. But as I delved deeper into the subject of the French Revolution, particularly the horrible period known as the Terror, I began to feel a nagging sense of guilt bordering on shame. I realized that Napoleon's and Josephine's lives were just so fantastic, so much larger than life, that I had actually gotten the feeling one gets when watching a movie or reading a book... that it was all just a fictional story, a great entertainment of sorts. I was beginning to feel like the whole thing hadn't actually happened, and all of their pain, fear, misery, and glory were the stuff of movie actors. I realized then that I had no right to judge either of them harshly; as much as I like to complain, I myself have never had to deal with anything like that kind of madness, danger, pain and sorrow, especially on such a large and frequent basis. In the end I saw that my own little problems, as frustrating as they were to me, were nothing compared to their life stories. It was reported by Tristan de Montholon, the general who stayed with him to the very end on St. Helena, that the last words Napoleon uttered before he left this crazy world were, "France... head of the french army... Josephine." This song is dedicated to both of them.
